All along the cooking class, one by one, we were making the recipes and we were eating what we prepared. They gave us rice and teriyaki sauce aside the main courses. So delicious ! Especially the Tempe Manis and the Pancake !

They also gave us a nice book of recipes so we can duplicate the recipes in our own kitchen.

I highly recommend this cooking class, not expensive, very interesting and a real Balinese experience ! Book it on eOasia.com!
